How long does it last?

While kimchi technically doesn’t “go bad,” it can develop an overly sour or alcoholic flavor over time. We recommend enjoying it within the first 3–6 months for peak flavor and texture.

Every jar is made in-house in Austin, TX with fresh, local produce.
